  The apartment was great for the price! The appliances/carpet/etc seemed updated enough. Plenty of parking, felt pretty safe. The maintenance staff was very attentive to whatever we needed. I guess the only complaint I have is that the window in the bedroom opened sideways so I couldn't get an air conditioning unit for my bedroom, so I ended up sleeping on the couch with the AC unit on in the living room for much of the summer. Make sure to keep your balcony door locked because when I locked myself out one of my neighbors was able to climb up onto the balcony and enter my apartment and let me in haha

  I just moved in this week and I am so happy to be here! The only good thing about my previous apartment is that it made me that much more appreciative of what Birch Hill Apartments has to offer. I moved into a clean, well laid out apartment with a balcony that overlooks a beautiful green area with mature trees. They recently redid the parking lot so no bumps or pot holes. They don't charge per pet - one pet fee and one pet rent covers up to 3 pets, just make sure they know about them. All my neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. Staff here are always professional, friendly and do exactly what they promise. I'm so happy and relaxed to be here!
