  There should be an option to give no stars, because they don’t deserve any.
  
  This was the worst experience that I have every had in my almost 4 years of renting an apartment. The maintenance people at this facility never came out to do any of the work that I put in requests for. And when they did come out, then fixed things poorly and they’d be broken within the next couple of days. In addition, they would just let themselves into my apartment whenever they felt necessary, although I asked them to call me before entering my apartment.
  
  I had always paid my rent on time, and never had any issues. Until, they denied my boyfriends application because of his background. At that point I was forced to terminate my lease early and move out within 30 days.
  
  I moved out, never vandalized the property. I then received a letter in the mail claiming that in addition to keeping my 400 security deposit, that I needed to pay an additional 382 dollars. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady Jennifer that I spoke too in collections was the rudest person I have ever delt with. She had an attitude problem, and assumed things that were not true about my boyfriend and myself. And when I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she was acting, she laughed.
  
  This apartment complex has discriminated against my boyfriend and myself, and in addition have laughed in my face when I told them that I didn’t agree with what they were charging me. I already paid way more than I should have for this faculty. I paid a 250 pet deposit fee, and 25 dollars a month for my cat. They should be using that money to fix the apartment. They raised my rent for no reason, and hadn’t done any updates to my building.
  
  I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. I’d rather live out of my vehicle or be homeless, then have to deal with this complex ever again.
