  I went in to have a picture taken with a few specifications in place (a picture that will be used in a government document) and when I showed the gentleman the requirements, he seemed lost. He asked me what the picture is for and I told him it's a passport template but with a few more specifications. Then he asked me if I actually needed the digital image as in take the picture and put it in a CD for me or just the print. I replied I need the digital image only and he came up with an excuse about how he cannot do it and how he cannot resize it and some other words that were mumbled and stuttered upon. It was very unclear as to why he wouldn't be able to do it. The problem is that I went in last year for the same picture and he was able to do it then. He took the picture following the requirements of the template and he put it on a CD and gave it to me. When I told him that his response was "I don't see how I could have done that since I don't know how to do it". He repeated many times he can't do it and it became clear that it wasn't a "can't do it" issue, it was a "won't do it" issue. Overall, had a bad experience with him. Would not recommend this store at all. If you're looking to get your senior year pictures taken then it's probably a good place, but for anything else, I would avoid this store.
