  I had an appointment with them and ended up having issues with my insurance. Instead of rescheduling I offered to pay cash (because I can afford to be reimbursed later). Its at this point that they refused to see me because of the fact that I was paying cash. During my exchange with the office I told them twice not to call until later in the day because I work third shift. I was called both times waking me up out of much needed sleep. I expressed my frustration but no one seemed to want my business.
  
  In short, these individuals lack empathy and do not deserve your business.
